제 경우에는 위의 상황은 아니었고 ^^; "Active Directory Certificate Services"가 해당 PC에 설치되어 있었기 때문에 그런 것이었습니다. 실제로 시스템 설정 창의 비활성화된 아래 영역을 보면 ADCS 설치로 인해 변경할 수 없다는 메시지가 있습니다. ^^<br />
