이상하군요, Zoom 응용 프로그램에서는 카메라 인식을 잘 하는데, 윈도우의 카메라 앱으로 하니까 다음과 같은 오류가 발생합니다.

카메라를 시작할 수 없습니다.
카메라를 올바로 연결하여 설치했다면 업데이트된 드라이버를 확인하세요.

또한, Edge나 Chrome 웹 브라우저에서도 카메라 인식이 안 됩니다. 장치 관리자(Device Manager)에서 보니까 "Sound, video and game controllers" 범주에 "Microsoft Streaming Service Proxy"가 다음과 같은 오류가 있는데요,

혹시나 싶어, "Microsoft Streaming Service Proxy" 장치도 제거를 한 다음 재부팅을 했는데요, 어쨌든 저대로 하니까 잘 됩니다. ^^; 
 
그런데, "Microsoft Streaming Service Proxy" 장치 때문인지는 모르겠습니다. 왜냐하면 장치 관리자에 있었던 "Microsoft Streaming Service Proxy" 서비스는 재설치가 되지는 않았기 때문입니다. 그것 없이도 카메라 앱 동작에는 문제가 없었던 것입니다.

(업데이트 2022-03-28) 얼마 후 다시 이 문제가 발생했고, 이번에도 장치 관리자에는 "Microsoft Streaming Service Proxy" 서비스가 code 39 문제로 올라오지 않았습니다.

해당 장치를 삭제하고 다시 부팅하면 정상적으로 웹 캠이 동작했는데요, 아마도 미래의 어느 시점에는 다시 "Microsoft Streaming Service Proxy" 서비스가 설치되며 code 39 문제가 발생할 텐데... 문제군요. ^^; 이와 관련해서는 좀 더 살펴봐야겠습니다. 
 
(2022-04-15: 업데이트) 어느 순간 자꾸만 "Microsoft Streaming Service Proxy" 서비스가 설치가 되면서 같은 문제가 반복되는데요. 그러면서 알게 된 것이, 해당 장치를 삭제하고 웹 캠을 사용하는 프로그램을 다시 시작하는 걸로 웹 캠 동작이 되었습니다.
