The error code is 0xc0000005. This error may be a bug in the CLR or in the unsafe or non-verifiable portions of user code. Common sources of this bug include user marshaling errors for COM-interop or PInvoke, which may corrupt the stack.'

MDA 중에서도 원인이 매우 기술적이어서 해결책이 쉽지 않은 듯 보이는 예외에 속하기 때문에 가능한 겪지 않는 것이 ^^ 최선입니다.

물론 다양한 상황에서 발생할 수 있겠지만 제 경우에는 DLL에 구현된 COM 객체의 현재 상태의 vtable과, 호출 측 EXE에서 참고한 COM 객체의 헤더 파일(따라서 vtable)이 일치하지 않아서 발생한 문제였습니다. 이런 경우, 특이한 점이라면 호출 측에서는 분명히 COM 객체의 Test라는 함수를 호출했는데 실제로 디버깅하고 들어가 보면 Test 함수가 아닌 COM 객체의 다른 함수가 실행된다는 점입니다.
