C# 빌드 - Couldn't process file ... due to its being in the Internet or Restricted zone or having the mark of the web on the file.

인터넷에서 다운로드한 C# 프로젝트 파일을 빌드하는 중 다음과 같은 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

Couldn't process file Form1.resx due to its being in the Internet or Restricted zone or having the mark of the web on the file. Remove the mark of the web if you want to process these files.


이 문제를 해결하려면, 메시지에 나타난 파일(위의 경우 Form1.resx)을 탐색기에서 속성 창을 이용해,
