Web Standards Update 설치 시 Visual Studio SP1을 요구하는 오류

예전에 "Web Standards Update for Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 SP1" 도구를 소개해 드린 적이 있지요.

당시에, 그 글을 소개하면서 직접 설치를 시도해 보았는데 정상적으로 설치가 되지 않고, "Visual Studio SP1"을 요구하는 오류가 있었습니다. 이에 대해서는, "Web Standards Update"의 "Q&A" 게시물에서 제 질문을 확인할 수 있습니다. ^^

최근에, 다시 방문을 해보았지만 여전히 설치 파일에서는 오류가 발생했는데, 대신 우회 방법을 "Reviews" 쪽에서 소개한 글이 눈에 띄었습니다.

If you have trouble installing it because it requires you to have SP1 installed while it already is you could do the following:
Get the ORCA tool from Microsoft (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa370557(v=VS.85).aspx) this is a MSI editor.

Once you have it, start it and Open the downloaded "Web Standards Update.msi" package.

In the Tables, select the "CustomAction" entry, 

Once selected, in the right pane, select the "VSDCA_VsdLaunc?hConditions" line, right-click and select "Drop Row".

Then Save the package and run it.

Other than that, the update is great.

현재 Orca.exe는 Windows SDK를 설치하면 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.1\Bin" 폴더의 Orca.msi 설치 파일을 실행하면 얻을 수 있습니다. 일단, 제가 orca.exe로 VSDCA_VsdLaunc?hConditions 조건을 제거한 msi 파일을 이 글에 첨부했으니 귀찮으신 분들은 이를 다운로드 하셔서 사용하셔도 됩니다. (참고로, 알려지지 않은 웹 상에서 파일을 다운로드 받아 로컬에 설치하는 것은 권장되지 않습니다.)
