Error : DEP0700 : Registration of the app failed. error 0x80070005

UWP 앱을 빌드했더니 다음과 같은 오류가 발생합니다.

빌드 창의 내용은 이렇고.

확인해 보면, AppxManifest.xml 파일이 위치한 폴더에 대해 SYSTEM 계정의 접근 권한이 없으면 이런 오류가 발생한다고 합니다.

원인은 같지만, 또 다른 사례로는 해당 폴더가 암호화되어 있어서 그렇습니다.

제 경우가 바로 후자의 상황이었는데요. 그래서 해당 폴더의 속성 창에서 "Encrypt contents to secure data" 옵션을 끄는 것으로 해결했습니다.
