An error occurred while ejecting 'DVD RW drive ...'

탐색기에서 CD를 빼는 명령어 'eject'를 선택했더니 다음과 같은 오류 메시지만 나옵니다.

An error occurred while ejecting 'DVD RW drive ...'

검색해봤지만 딱히 답이 없습니다.

제 경우의 문제는, RDP로 접속한 Windows 10 환경이었습니다. 해당 컴퓨터에 콘솔 로그인했더니 저 문제가 발생하지 않았습니다.
