윈도우 10을 사용하면서, 언제부턴가 우측 하단에 다음과 같은 알림 창이 떴습니다.

문제는, 위의 알림 창을 클릭하면 로그인을 위한 창 같은 것이 뜨는 듯하다가 없어진다는 점입니다. 이런 식으로 로그인 창이 없어지는 것을 "설정" 창의 몇몇 메뉴에서 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다.
예를 들어, "Settings" / "Accounts" / "Your info"의 "You need to verify your identity on this PC." 하단의 "Verify" 링크를 눌러도 창이 뜨는 듯하더니 이내 사라져버립니다. 이뿐만이 아니라, "Settings" / "Accounts" / "Email & app accounts"의 이메일 항목에 "Attention required"라는 문구를 누르면 다음과 같이 "Manage", "Fix" 버튼이 나타납니다.
그런데, "Fix" 버튼을 눌러도 마찬가지로 창이 뜨다가 곧 사라집니다.
이런 상황에서, 시스템에 나타나는 이상한 현상이 한두 가지가 아닙니다. ^^;
이벤트 로그를 보면, 다음과 같이 "Microsoft.Windows.CloudExperienceHost_..." 구성 요소가 비정상 종료(MoAppCrash)하는 항목을 볼 수 있습니다.
