Visual Studio에서 windbg의 "Open Executable..."처럼 EXE를 직접 열어 디버깅을 시작하는 방법

Visual Studio에서 exe 파일을 열면 리소스 뷰어로 보는 기능이 있습니다.

또는 탐색기에서 exe 파일을 비주얼 스튜디오에 끌어다 놓으면 기본적으로 다음과 같이 Solution Explorer에 exe 파일 항목이 추가되면서,

"Debug" / "Start Debugging (단축키 F5)" 메뉴를 선택하면 EXE 파일을 실행하면서 디버그 상태로 진입합니다.



그런데, (규칙을 알 수 없었지만) 어떤 경우에는 비주얼 스튜디오에 EXE 파일을 끌어다 놓는 경우 그냥 리소스 뷰어로 열릴 때가 있습니다. 이런 경우에는 직접 "File" 쪽 메뉴를 통해 열어야 하는데요, 다음의 문서에서 이에 관해 설명하고 있습니다.

사실, 직관적이지 않아서 그렇지 그냥 단순하게 "File" / "Open" / "Project/Solution... (단축키 Ctrl+Shift+O)" 메뉴를 선택해 (이름과는 달리) EXE 파일을 지정해 열면 됩니다.
