지난번과 오류 코드는 같은데,

이번엔 "excludedportrange" 때문에 발생한 문제입니다. 따라서 해당 포트 범위를 확인 후,

"Administered port exclusions"이 아닌 포트 범위 항목을 삭제하는 방법
