Visual Studio - Input or output cannot be redirected because the specified file is invalid.

비주얼 스튜디오로 특정 프로젝트를 실행하는 경우 다음과 같은 오류가 발생한다면?

Unable to start program 'C:\temp\ConsoleApp1\bin\Debug\netcoreapp3.1\ConsoleApp1.exe'.

Input or output cannot be redirected because the specified file is invalid.

프로그램을 시작 할 수 없습니다. 지정된 파일이 잘못되어 입력 또는 출력을 리디렉션 할 수 없습니다

해당 프로젝트 속성의 "Debug" 창에서 "Application arguments"에 Input/Output 관련 Redirection이 전달되고 있는지 확인해 볼 필요가 있습니다.
