파이썬 mysqlclient 2.2.x 설치 시 "Specify MYSQLCLIENT_CFLAGS and MYSQLCLIENT_LDFLAGS env vars manually" 오류

어제까지 잘 되었는데, 갑자기 mysqlclient 설치 명령어에 오류가 발생합니다.

$ sudo apt install default-libmysqlclient-dev pkg-config -y
