단축 파일(.lnk)을 실행하는 경우, 이런 오류가 발생합니다.

경우에 따라, "관리자 권한으로 실행(Run as administrator)"을 하려고 해도 오류가 발생합니다.

예전에,
"VaultSvc(Credential Manager)" NT 서비스를 비활성화(Disabled) 시키면 저런 현상이 나타나기도 했는데요, "Application Information(Appinfo)" 서비스를 중지시켜도 저런 문제가 발생했습니다.
문제는 복원인데요, 단순히 다시 시작한다고 해도 해결이 안 됩니다. 다른 방법이 있는지는 모르겠지만, ^^; 일단 시스템 재시작을 하는 것으로 해결했습니다.
