최근에 이벤트 로그를 보니 다시 "WebHost failed to process a request. Parameter name: certificate" 항목이 보여서 예전의 글을 찾아 해결을 하려고 했습니다.
TFS 서버의 이벤트 로그 오류 - WebHost failed to process a request. Parameter name: certificate

그래서 SharePoint용 PowerShell을 띄우고,

다음의 명령어를 차례대로 실행시키려 했는데,
$h = Get-SPServiceHostconfig
$h.Provision()
$services = Get-SPServiceApplication
foreach ($service in $services) { $service.provision(); write-host $service.name}
Provision 메서드 수행 시에 다음과 같은 오류가 발생하였습니다.
PS C:\Users\testuser> $h = Get-SPServiceHostconfig
PS C:\Users\testuser> $h.Provision()
Provision : Exception calling "Provision" with "0" argument(s): "The timer job did not complete running within the allotted time."

검색해 보니, 다행히 해결책이 나옵니다. ^^

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Web Server Extensions\14\BIN\Stsadm" -o updatefarmcredentials -userlogin testad\testuser -password testuserpassword
