TFS Source Control - 명령을 사용할 수 없음


팀원 한 명의 컴퓨터에서 이상한 현상이 나타났습니다. 바로, 다음 화면과 같이 소스 컨트롤 탐색기에서 오른쪽 마우스 버튼을 누르면 나오는 메뉴가 "No Commands Available"이 전부인 것입니다. (실제로는, 한글 Visual Studio였기 때문에 오류 메시지가 "명령을 사용할 수 없음"이었습니다.)

물론, ^^ 검색을 해봤고 다음과 같은 토픽을 찾을 수 있었습니다.

심심해서, VS.NET 2008 영문 버전에서 해봤더니, "소스 컨트롤 탐색기" 자체가 정상적으로 열리지 않고 다음과 같은 화면이 나옵니다.
