파일을 Guid로 식별하는 함수 - OpenFileById

오... 이런 함수가 다 있었군요. ^^

댓글에 보니, 파일 검색 속도는 일반 파일명으로 접근하는 것과 동일하다고 합니다. 내부적으로 이런 기능이 있었는지는 처음 알았다는.
