다음과 같은 명령어를 '관리자 권한'으로 실행하면 됩니다.

fsutil behavior set disablelastaccess 0

생각해보면, 그다지 중요하지 않은 윈도우 2008 서버 머신이라면, 역시 비활성화해도 상관없지 않을까 싶습니다. 참고로, 현재 모드를 알고 싶다면 다음과 같이 명령을 내릴 수 있습니다.
