SandCastle 은 현재 9월 CTP 까지 나와 있는 문서 생성 툴입니다. 사용법은 제가 다음의 토픽에서 한번 다뤄드렸었죠.

개인적으로 SandCastle을 TFS Build Task 와 결합시켜 보고 싶었는데.. 좀체로 시간이 나질 않네요. ^^; 암튼... 이런 작업을 NAnt 에서는 구현되었군요.
