XmlSerializer 가 직렬화에 관련된 코드를 동적으로 생성한다는 것은 이미 널리 알려진 이야기입니다. 그로 인해 WCF 응용 프로그램이 XmlSerializer를 사용하는 경우 처음 로딩 시간이 길어질 수 있다는 것인데요.

이를 위해, Svcutil.exe에서 XmlSerializer 관련 코드를 아예 생성해 주는 기능을 이용하면 로딩시간을 줄일 수 있다는 군요.
