개인용 PC 에서 x64가 제공된 것은 그리 오랜 얘기가 아니죠. 사실 Vista for x64 이전에도, XP for x64가 이미 있었긴 하지만.

문제는, 바이오스 업데이트 패치를 제공하는 회사들이 정작 해당 실행 모듈 자체는 x86용 프로그램이라서 x64 환경에서는 실행이 안된다는 것입니다. 이를 위해 부팅 가능한 USB key 를 이용해서 바이오스 패치를 할 수 있는 방법을 소개해 주고 있습니다.
