FxCop/CodeAnalysis에서는 기본적으로 "Naming Rules"와 "Design Rules" 영역에 대해서 공용 타입 및 그의 멤버들에 대해서만 적용이 되었고, FxCop의 경우에는 설정값을 통해서 모든 타입과 멤버로 적용할 수 있었다고 합니다. 하지만, VS.NET 2005에서는 안되었다고 하는군요.

Orcas부터는 MSBuild 프로젝트 파일에 "CodeAnalysisOverrideRuleVisibilities" 값을 두고 FxCop에서와 같은 기능을 제공한다고 합니다.
