이런 거 공개해도 되는지 모르겠지만.

보통, 클라이언트 측 JScript/VBScript의 코드를 숨기기 위해서 MS가 Screnc.exe로 인코딩을 시킬 수 있게 했습니다.

말 그대로, "암호화"가 아닌 "인코딩"인지라, Microsoft 측에서도 "풀리지 않는다고는 보증할 수 없다"고 한 것처럼 역시나... ^^; 디코더 프로그램이 나왔네요.
