첨부 사진을 보시면,
윗쪽은 단순히 새로 만든 프로젝트이고, 아랫쪽이 회사에서 사용중인 프로젝트입니다.

새로 만든 프로젝트는 Debug/Release가 있고, Release를하면 Release 폴더에 실행 파일이 생성됩니다.

근데, 회사에서 사용중인 프로젝트의 구성 관리자를 보면 아래쪽 사진처럼,
Debug만 있고, 플랫폼에 x86이 있습니다.
혹시나해서 Debug 밑에 Release를 만들었는데 그래도 Debug 폴더에 똑같은 실행 파일이 생성됩니다.

구성 관리자에 Release를 만들었다고 하지만 공개하신 csproj를 보면 다음과 같은 식의,

<PropertyGroup Condition=" '$(Configuration)|$(Platform)' == 'Release|AnyCPU' ">

항목이 없는 걸로 봐서 csproj에는 반영이 안 되었습니다. 이런 경우, 해당 프로젝트의 속성 창에 가서 Release로 바꿔 보고 명시적으로 설정을 해보세요. 아니면 그냥 .csproj 파일을 직접 편집해 'Debug|AnyCPU'의 내용을 복사하고 OutputPath와 같은 경로들만 적절하게 바꿔주시면 됩니다.
