Description:
The backup operation that started at '?2017?-?12?-?05T16:01:42.205000000Z' has failed because the Volume Shadow Copy Service operation to create a shadow copy of the volumes being backed up failed with following error code '0x807800A1'. Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved.

기존의 백업 설정을 삭제하고 다시 백업 설정을 하면 해결이 됩니다.

(이전 문제도 마찬가지지만) 경험 상, 백업과 관련된 실패들은 대부분의 경우 백업을 다시 설정한 경우 해결이 됩니다.
