원격 데스크톱(rdp) 환경에서 다중 또는 고용량 파일 복사 시 "Unspecified error" 오류 발생

RDP 연결 시 파일 복사를 수행하면 비교적 저용량의 파일/디렉터리 복사 시에는 무난하게 작업을 완료하지만, 일정한 용량에 다다르게 되면 복사 도중 다음과 같은 식의 오류가 발생합니다.

"Unspecified Error Copy and Paste Files in Windows Server with RDP" 글을 보면 현재 실행 중인 rdpclip.exe를 강제 종료 후 재실행하면 된다고 하는데 실제로 해보면 마찬가지의 오류가 발생합니다.

다행히 마이크로소프트의 기술 자료를 보면,

Copying files larger than 2 GB over a Remote Desktop Services or Terminal Services session by using Clipboard Redirection (copy and paste) fails silently

우회 방법이 나옵니다. 글에서는 xcopy를 소개하고 있지만 robocopy를 써도 상관없는데 rdp 원격 경로를 "tsclient"로 지정하는 것이 관건입니다.

[로컬에서 원격으로 복사]
robocopy c:\temp \\tsclient\c\temp /S

[원격에서 로컬로 복사]
robocopy \\tsclient\c\temp c:\temp /S
