"http://localhost" 로 네비게이션을 하게 되면 역시 오류 화면을 접할 수 있습니다.
[해결]
1. 우선, 오류 화면을 확인해야 하는데, 그러기 위해서는 web.config 파일의 customErrors 태그의 mode 값을 Off 등의 값으로 바꿔주어야 합니다. 수정해야 할 web.config 은 다음의 경로에 있습니다.
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\web.config
2. 일단, mode 값을 off 로 설정한 후 다시 localhost 로 네비게이션을 하면 에러메시지는 다음과 같습니다.

음,,, 아마도 .NET Framework 2.0 에서의 메서드 변화로 맞지 않는다고 불평하는 듯 합니다. ^^ 어쩔 수 없이 WSS 의 가상 웹 애플리케이션을 .NET Framework 2.0 을 사용하지 말라고 설정해야 할 것 같습니다.
3. IIS 관리자에서 "기본 웹 사이트" 의 속성창에서 "ASP.NET" 탭을 누르고, ASP.NET Version 을 1.1.4322.0 으로 바꿔줍니다. 이렇게만 하면 일단 "http://localhost" 로의 네비게이션은 정상적으로 되는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다. 하지만 "SharePoint 중앙 관리" 도 동작을 안하기 때문에 역시 그것도 ASP.NET 의 버전을 바꿔주어야 합니다.
